At SmartAgro.farm, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made through our website or directly from our sales representatives.
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.
You may return hardware products purchased directly from SmartAgro.farm within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@smartagro.farm or call (306) 555-7891. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment. Products returned without an RMA number may not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling fees. If the product was part of a promotional package or received a discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to SmartAgro.farm. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair under our warranty policy, or process a full refund including original shipping costs.
Most of our software and subscription services come with a 14-day free trial period. During this trial period, you can evaluate the service without charge. If you cancel during the trial period, no payment will be processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through your account dashboard. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual term, unless otherwise specified.
For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle upon cancellation. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
After the first 30 days of an annual subscription, refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to an early termination fee.
If you need to cancel scheduled installation or professional services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
Once installation or professional services have been performed, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include performing additional work or providing a partial refund at our discretion.
For customized hardware or software solutions developed specifically for your farm, cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in your individual contract or statement of work. Generally, once development or customization work has begun, deposits or payments made may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees to cover work already performed.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that we believe are fraudulent or made in bad faith. Additionally, certain promotional items may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Despite the terms outlined above, SmartAgro.farm is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
